FAIL! - European Institutions' Trainees Edition

FAIL! - Inspiring resilience was started at MIT by students who believed that failure can happen to anyone, anywhere: to our bosses, to our friends, and to ourselves! A principal goal of it is to change the culture in companies, universities, and society in general by creating a more understanding and accepting environment towards failures. This is especially powerful by giving high profile individuals, such as experts, CEO’s or professors the opportunity to get on a platform to talk about their personal failures, societal failures, and collective failures and how they learned from them.  

The European Institutions' Trainees edition of FAIL! is hosted by the Trainees Committee. It aims to reach more than 1000 trainees working at the European Institutions, under the BlueBook and Shuman programs. These are very competitive programs and the pressure to be successful and always doing the right thing is felt every step of the way.
