Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez is a leading expert in project management and strategy implementation, recognized by Thinkers50 with the prestigious award “Ideas into Practice.” He is the creator of concepts like The Project Economy and the Project Manifesto. Former Chairman of the Project Management Institute, he is the co-founder of the Strategy Implementation Institute and the global movement Brightline. He is the author of Lead Successful Projects (2019, Penguin), The Project Revolution (2019, LID), and The Focused Organization (2012 Gower). Currently writing the HBR Project Management Handbook.

During her career at the European Commission, Lucia’s work ranged from Brexit coordination, to digital government procurement, to rolling out gender equality in EU policies. After running in the 2019 European elections she founded Lights on Europe – podcast to shed the light on the human story behind the story of "Brussels", featuring interviews with transformation leaders from the heart of Europe.
Anne Kesselring
Anne Kesselring is currently working towards a PhD in Public Economics at FAU Erlangen/Nürnberg. Her master’s degree also came at FAU, where she studied Development Economics and spent a semester abroad at Kyung-Hee University in South Korea. Before pursuing academics, she had her mind set on athletics, competing in Track & Field at the international level. She earned an athletic scholarship at the University of Oregon, USA, where she was among the top runners in the League from 2009-2013, while also graduating Summa Cum Laude for her Bachelor's degree. She was a finalist at World University Games in Shenzhen, China and the German National Champion in the 800m-Run in 2012.

Nicola Forster (35) is a Swiss civic entrepreneur. Among others, he is a co-founder of the grassroots think tank foraus, the public sector innovation lab staatslabor, as well as Global Shapers Bern (World Economic Forum) . Furthermore, he is president of the Swiss Society for the Public Good as well as the Science et Cité Foundation and a member of the Swiss Commission for UNESCO. As a partner at crstl.io, he has in recent years initiated and moderated innovation and participation processes in various foreign ministries, foundations and international organizations. He holds a MLaw (universities of Zurich, Montpellier and Lausanne) and currently lives in Zurich and Abidjan, where he works on a book on the future relations between the EU and Switzerland.
